The Kind of Workplace Caregiving Support You Never Knew You Needed

Caregiving is a role to embrace with pride. It can be a wild, unpredictable ride, full of challenges and unexpected moments. Facing these challenges with openness and leaning on others for support makes the journey more manageable and rewarding. Let’s come together to share stories, exchange ideas, laugh until our sides hurt, and offer a shoulder in moments of need.

A Creative Approach

Much like an artist drawing from diverse inspiration and influences, studies have shown caregiving thrives when aspects of art, performance, and science come together to create a dynamic and holistic experience.

Caring Cohorts

A peer network, subject matter experts and care coaches will always be there for you, sharing real-world experience, practical wisdom, and insights. Members can also form groups within their own organization.

Neural Nimbleness

Caregiving can be full of surprises. By using a combination of improv techniques and experiential learning you will stay adaptable and confident. After all, you can’t spell improve without improv.

Authentic Anecdotes

Caregivers should feel seen and encouraged. Sharing engaging, entertaining stories and having open conversations creates empathy that can lead to more support and freedom.

We care a lot.

We are a mashup of senior care-focused clinicians, subject matter expert panel hosts, experiential learning designers, seasoned improvisers, comedy writers, and digital content producers.

The story of Who Cares is a simple one. As we observed working caregivers, several recurring challenges began to emerge. Many struggled to balance their work and caregiving responsibilities. The most troubling pattern was the frequent effort to conceal caregiving obligations from colleagues and employers. There had to be a better way. We realized that our collective skills and experience could provide a uniquely effective solution. It’s now our goal to improve the way the working careforce is treated and ultimately supported. And... of course our partner organizations who are dedicated to supporting their people in their caregiving journey.

Our team has combined experiences of developing and advancing creative, highly engaging and effective human-centered support and development programming to over 10,000 organizations over the past decade, reaching and supporting millions of individuals in the workplace.
